These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the RedSync platform. By creating an account or using any feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the RedSync platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms described herein, you must not use the platform.
2. Scope
RedSync is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for omnichannel customer service, CRM, and data intelligence with built-in AI, developed and operated by REDSYNC Ecossistema e Tratamento de Dados LTDA, registered under CNPJ 53.734.743/0001-51.
The platform offers modules for customer service via WhatsApp and other channels, customer relationship management (CRM), marketing intelligence dashboards, task management, artificial intelligence agents, and automations — all integrated into a single product.
3. Account and Access
RedSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are misused, or violate these terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password)
- All activities performed with your credentials are your responsibility
- The information provided during registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date
- Each account represents a company or organization — usage is for business purposes, not personal
- You must immediately notify RedSync of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Plans and Payment
In the event of a billing dispute, please contact [email protected] before opening a dispute with your card issuer.
- Available plans, their features, and pricing are described on the platform's pricing page
- Billing is recurring (monthly or annual, depending on the contracted plan) and processed via Stripe
- Non-payment may result in access suspension until the balance is settled
- Price adjustments will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately, with pro-rated billing for the remaining period
- Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
5. Acceptable Use
By using the platform, you agree not to:
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) or mass content without recipient consent
- Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities
- Distribute illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or violence-inciting content
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the platform's source code
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties
- Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Use unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform
- Intentionally overload the platform's infrastructure
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination, without right to refund.
6. Intellectual Property
The RedSync® brand, source code, interface, text, images, and all other platform elements are the exclusive property of REDSYNC Ecossistema e Tratamento de Dados LTDA, protected under Brazilian intellectual property law.
Data, documents, and content entered by the customer on the platform remain the customer's property. RedSync does not acquire any rights over such data, except the right to process it as necessary to provide the service.
7. Availability
Outages caused by external factors (infrastructure providers, third-party APIs, customer internet failures) are not RedSync's responsibility.
- RedSync targets 99.9% monthly uptime
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via email or platform notice
- Emergency interruptions may occur without prior notice to ensure service security and integrity
- RedSync does not guarantee absolute and uninterrupted platform availability
8. Limitation of Liability
The customer is solely responsible for using the platform in compliance with the legislation applicable to their industry.
- RedSync is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- RedSync is not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
- RedSync's total liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the total amount paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months
- RedSync is not liable for the content of messages sent by customers through the platform
- RedSync is not liable for decisions made based on data and metrics displayed in the dashboards
9. Termination
Cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund of amounts already paid for the current period.
- The customer may cancel their account at any time directly in the platform settings
- After cancellation, customer data remains available for export for 30 days
- After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted, except where legally required to retain
- RedSync may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice when possible
- In cases of serious violations (illegal activity, mass spam), suspension may be immediate and without prior notice
10. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notice at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of Ponta Grossa, State of Parana, are hereby elected to resolve any disputes arising from these terms, with express waiver of any other, regardless of how privileged it may be.
